Siesta Key Real Estate Website

SiestaSarasota.com is a website for real estate agent Don Hughes of Prudential Palms Real Estate.  It is mainly to market condos and other Siesta Key Real Estate.

The basic theme of the site is to provide information on the condos on Siesta Key, which are organized by type according to the types of rentals they allow owners to conduct.

Each index page includes a list of properties and links to individual pages about the property development.

The design in very technical, however, allows easily for expansion (addition of properties).  This expansion is software based and limited to administration by SoftServe Internet.  All of the live site pages are owned by the client.

The site was originally created with Yahoo optimization attributes.  The property detail pages remain this way.  The main and sub-index pages have had items appealing to the Google index added.  The site has been “soft optimized” (optimized by theory, principles and knowledge) rather than software optimized.

History

This website much in the same design started out as condokeysiesta.com and ran along site SoftServe (Tom Ford’s) EquitableSystems.com.

It is much the same application model, however features a more appealing design for visitors.

With the redesign and re-release of this site under Don’s ownership, there have been quite a few updates and features added.
