Please bear with me as I have recently reformatted my entire hosting infrastructure (for the better). This has left some of my previously completed websites (TravelGoal.com especially) down while I either redesign or reformat for the new server arrangement (most of the stuff had been moved to the server in San Francisco long ago, but some still remained on the old Cobalt). I am also reconnecting my Hotels.com/Sabre content backend to the new server. TravelGoal will be restored to much greater than it's former glory thanks to Wordpress! (I put my stuff on hold and immediately attended to all client sites during this time)
I will be happy if I never see another Cobalt RAQ Control Panel again!

I just recently began doing web development again as I was getting so many prospects from EquitableSystems.com (my Sarasota, FL area real estate website). While I was developing a mobile smartphone web application in the real estate environment, I decided it would be wiser to service the prospects coming from eSystems with my real estate broker license. Sure enough, it was, and as a new associate, I was making sales volume to the envy of established associates that had been there for years. (Thank You Yahoo). Since the real estate "boom" has seemed to come to an end here in Sarasota, FL (at least for now)...I am now getting ready for the next go around and working on the web property again. (As well as doing design work for other people)

Most of my sites are new ideas (or older ones on hold). I have learned alot this past year, and am just now starting the project of applying this to the sites (VideoPond.com was the test of my new theories and knowledge). So far from what I have done, my recent application has produced amazing results, so I am just continuing blindly forward building the sites out as soon as possible
(I plan to finish all the domains to the right within the next two months).

Big Ups to Google....I was happy to have VideoPond.com be one of the first sites to utilize their embedded video. I'm glad I had alot of time on my hands to do this....and the web traffic has been building and is really great (better than expected). There is still quite a bit of room for movement though with the thousands of webpages we have! Google even linked directly the Video Clip Search directly from their "News and Reviews" pages, which I thought was way cool (never had that happen). Check out the Video Log, it is boss!

Up until now, I had mastered understanding Yahoo Methodoligy (or at least had pretty good results). I don't know if I'll ever get to be a master of the Google Althorithm, but I'm getting there at least somewhat judging from how my recent sites have been doing. Some sample domains are hyperlinked under my picture to the right.

I DO WEB DESIGN FOR OTHER PEOPLE, ALTHOUGH IT IS USUALLY FOR PEOPLE I KNOW WHO WANT SOMEONE THEY CAN TRUST. I DO THIS FAIRLY REGULARLY, ALTHOUGH IT IS A SIDE BUSINESS FOR ME AS I HAVE OTHER INTERESTS. I ALSO DON'T PARTICULARLY LIKE DOING THE WORK ALL THAT MUCH, IT IS JUST SOMETHING THAT I AM GOOD AT (AT LEAST THE TECHNICAL PART). I USE MOSTLY TEMPLATE BASED SYSTEMS AS IF I WAS TO MAKE WEBSITES, THEY WOULD LOOK PRETTY PLAIN LIKE THIS PAGE. FORTUNATELY, MOST OF THE INTERNET IS GRAVITATING TOWARDS LETTING THE GRAPHIC ARTISTS DO THEIR WORK AND THE TECH PEOPLE DO THEIRS. THESE TEMPLATE BASED SYSTEMS LOOK AND PERFORM BETTER IN MOST CASES WHEN USED AND ALTERED WISELY WITH GOOD SEO (SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION) TECHNIQUES.

THERE ARE MANY PEOPLE THAT KNOW MUCH MORE THAN I DO, ALTHOUGH MY KNOWLEDGE BASE IS VAST. THERE ARE ALSO MANY PEOPLE WHO SEEM LIKE THEY KNOW MORE THAN THEY REALLY DO OPERATING UNDER THE GUISE OF CAPITALISM.
